QbitLab Cleat

How it works

Tell it once. It remembers.

There is no setup wizard and nothing to install. You have a conversation, Cleat keeps what you said, and the work starts coming off your desk.

01

Tell it about your business

Type it in the chat, the way you would tell a new member of staff. Your name, what you do, your hours, what you charge, the questions people keep asking.

02

It remembers

Cleat keeps what you told it and uses it every time. You are not asked the same thing twice, and you do not fill in a settings screen to get started.

03

Switch on what you need

Answering questions, messages, a customer list, appointments, reminders. Turn each one on from the chat, when you want it. Nothing to install.

What that looks like

A real exchange

You say it in your own words. Cleat writes it down the way it needs it, and reads it back so you can correct anything.

CleatSetting up

What do you sell, and what does it cost?

Sourdough loaves, five pounds. Cakes to order, from thirty.

Got it. Do you take cake orders by message?

Yes, and I need a week's notice.

Saved: cakes to order from £30, one week's notice, orders taken by message. I will use that when customers ask.Remembered from your chat

Later on

Change your mind by saying so

New opening hours, a price change, a week off, an extra service: say it in the chat and Cleat updates what it tells people. You are never hunting through a menu to find the box that needs changing.

Say itYour hours, prices, policies, the questions people ask
It updatesEvery answer it gives from then on uses the new version
You checkIt reads changes back to you before it uses them
You carry onNothing to relearn, no new screen to learn

Switch on, switch off

Start small

Most businesses start with one job. Answering the questions that arrive at nine in the evening, say. When that is working, they add appointments, then reminders. Each part is switched on from the chat, and can be switched off again the same way.

  • Answering customer questions from your own information
  • Managing your messages in one place
  • Keeping a customer list as people get in touch
  • Booking appointments into the hours you are free
  • Sending reminders and follow-ups without being asked
